This collection of resources is based on the popular sea shanty Wellerman, presented in ten formats ranging from simple body percussion activities to a music technology-based In The Style Of remix project.
Teachers can choose the activities that best suit their students, teaching context, and available resources. The materials are designed to be flexible and can be delivered in full or in part, depending on the time available. As lesson lengths vary between schools, teachers can pause and resume the project at any point.
