In this playalong you will learn how to:

• Use the video tutorial to master some of the fundamentals of drumming….using a chair!
• Play along to one of our energetic ChairDrumming tracks of a popular classic whilst developing the basics of playing the drums ready to transfer to the real instrument
• This ChairDrumming Playalong is Monster Mash by Bobby “Boris” Pickett
• Rehearse by lowering to speed of the playalong video from Normal to 0.5 or 0.75

• The song starts with drums on their own so be ready straight from the off!
• Throughout the song the main groove consists of the kick on beats 1 and 3 with the snare on beats 2 and 4
• Watch out for the hi-hat that joins in at each chorus, starting on beats 2 and 4 with the snare, before joining on every beat
• The groove in the bridge section changes slightly, with the snare also appearing on beat 2+
