Resources at Musical Futures Online have been created to help teachers of all ages to deliver practical, authentic and relevant music lessons that effectively engage all pupils in learning music using readily available instruments.
Our resources continue to build on the original tried and tested approaches of the Musical Futures ethos and pedagogy. They are, however, intended to be used in collaboration with your own teaching methods.

Music Playlists
From the History of Jazz to Video Game Soundtracks, we’ve prepared a range of authentic music playlists for you to use in class, whether it be for listening exercises or for gaining more of an understanding of your chosen topic.
Posters
Explore and gain a basic understanding of Traditional Samba Instruments, or learn more about the role of each cymbal & drum with Parts of a Drum Kit and more, with new posters added regularly.
