About this resource

Switch is a group game focussed on building rhythm skills using body actions. This collection builds on the project Rhythmic Roots and you’ll continue to explore the basics of finding and keeping a steady pulse by:

• Understanding signals and following the video guides
• Gaining a basic knowledge of rhythmic notation
• Using body actions (such as clapping and nodding) to move in with the pulse
